Balance, Connect, Thrive:
Mental Wellness & Resilience
Mental health is a spectrum that goes beyond treating illness; it is about cultivating the resilience to navigate life's ups and downs. While access to support is crucial, there is an equally urgent need for proactive care that prevents burnout and promotes emotional sustainability.
Launch, Earn, Thrive:
Youth Ventures & The Gig Economy
The future workforce is independent, agile, and digital. However, many young Maldivians face hurdles in turning their skills into sustainable, scalable ventures or thriving in the global gig economy.
